Purpose: The aim of this paper is to determine, theoretically and empirically, which strategies are most commonly used manage conflict situations what extent management have an effect on knowledge transfer between owners successors in family businesses Bosnia Herzegovina. This research empirically establishes a link transfer. Methodology: In addition theoretical conceptualization, the presents quantitative empirical confirming validity proposed hypothesis. Results: results show that who tend use integrating, obliging compromising strategies, attach more importance succession planning experience successors. contrast, dominant leaders less willing plan for succession, as they would prefer retain all crucial information decision-making authority therefore reluctant share their power.
